Jacqueline Relihan

Jacqueline (Jackie) Relihan is a youth engagement facilitator at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). She works alongside a team of young people with lived experience of mental health or substance use challenges to support decisions around service planning, policy development and research within CAMH and the community.

As a young person with lived experience, Jackie is passionate about making a positive change to the current mental health system for youth and truly believes there is much room for improvement. She is a strong advocate for youth engagement in research and service planning and was a youth lead on the co-development of the Blunt Truth, a version for youth of the Lower-risk Cannabis Use Guidelines.

Jackie also co-leads CAMH’s National Youth Action Council, a group of passionate young advocates from across Canada who provide feedback on projects related to mental health and substance use.
