A 10-year veteran of the automobile industry and responsible for Global Automakers of Canada’s Technical Committee, Greg’s work on behalf of the GAC’s membership encompasses both regulatory guidance and advocacy in the areas of automotive safety and environmental regulation, chemicals management and, increasingly, on connected and automated vehicles. He presently participates in the Government of Canada’s “Vehicle of the Future” Vehicle Working Groups and will be soon be sitting on the CSA Group’s Connected and Automated Vehicle Advisory Council that will be coordinating the development of codes, standards and best practices that will help enable the safe deployment of CAVs in Canada. Greg has been a professional engineer in Ontario since 1997 and is a graduate of Carleton University’s Aerospace Engineering program. He is an avid photographer and global traveller, currently residing in Oakville, Ontario with his wife, Tia.
