Elinor Sloan

Elinor Sloan is Professor of International Relations in the Department of Political Science and is a former defence analyst with the Department of National Defence. She is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada (BA), the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton (MA), and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University (PhD).
